TERM AND CONDITIONS OF USE

The following terms and conditions of use apply to the sale of products and goods on the PTACUNITS.COM website. PTACUNITS.COM is owned and operated by Valley of the Sun Heating and Cooling Supply, Inc. These terms and conditions apply to the customer ( "you", "your", and "yours") through our internet site at www.ptacunits.com. BY USING OR ACCESSING THIS SITE YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREED TO THESE TERMS.

USE

Permission to view this site is granted by Valley of the Sun Heating and Cooling Supply, Inc. provided that you accepted without modification the notices, terms and conditions established in the "Terms and Conditions of Use". You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, and license any information or products from this site. You will not use this site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms. You may view, copy or print pages from this site solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unless the express permission of PTACUNITS.COM, you may not otherwise use, modify, copy, print, display, reproduce, distribute or publish any information from this site. At any given time PTACUNITS.COM may without notice make changes to this site. These changes include products, goods, prices and services described in this site. Typographical errors and technical inaccuracies may be contained within this website. Information, products, pricing, or programs may be changed or improvements may be made at any time without notice. PRODUCTS AND ORDERS

Products are continually updated and revised through our website. Products may also be discontinued or modified. Differences between what is shipped and what is described may occur on occasion. PTACUNITS.COM cannot guarantee the availability of product on the internet site. Prices displayed on the internet site do not include shipping, handling or sales taxes. Additional costs, such as shipping, handling, sales taxes will be added to the sub-total of the order. Orders are subject to delays due to labor, materials, transportation or to any cause beyond our control. The manufacturers we represent reserve the right to change specifications as conditions warrant. Products are also subject to availability.

ADDRESS CHANGE

If you provided an inaccurate address to PTACUNITS.COM or if you have the delivery changed to a different location after the order was placed, a $100.00 fee may be added to your order. This fee is for costs incurred by PTACUNITS.COM issued by the delivering carrier for such an occurrence. Please notify us quickly of an address change to avoid misdirected shipments and consequent delays and charges.

REFUSED PACKAGES OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

PTACUNITS.COM will charge a return shipping fee equal to the cost of shipping the product to you in addition to a 25% Restocking fee if you refuse the shipment or not present to complete the delivery. This does not apply to damaged shipments. Reports must be made to Valley of the Sun Heating and Cooling Supply, Inc. within 3 days for any merchandise received damaged. This includes visible or concealed damage. Failure to REPORT AND NOTATE on the delivering carriers BILL OF LADING any dents, holes, tears, etc. or any visible damage may forfeit any right to make a claim. YOUR BEST RECOMMENDED OPTION is to open ALL merchandise PRIOR to signing off on the delivering carriers BILL OF LADING. Claims for concealed damage not reported to Valley of the Sun Heating and Cooling Supply within 15 days will forfeit your right to a claim. Please call 1-866-259-8500 at the time of delivery, with the carrier present with any obvious damaged merchandise. A Representative of Valley of the Sun Heating and Cooling Supply will instruct you on how to proceed. Should a Representative of Valley of the Sun Heating and Cooling Supply not be available at the time of delivery note damage merchandise on BILL OF LADING and REFUSE THE SHIPMENT.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

If materials or products defective upon installation or products are not performing or operating to specifications you might have a defective product. Defective products are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. The manufacturer must be contacted for certain instructions on its policies and procedures. Please call a Representative of Valley of the Sun Heating and Cooling Supply for contact information and/or instructions.

RETURN POLICY

PTACUNITS.COM / Valley of the Sun Heating and Cooling Supply's goal is customer satisfaction through all phases of the transaction.  Returns are handled on a case by case basis.  Returns will only be accepted for merchandise that is unopened and in its original packaging.  All return fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.  Returns may be subject to a 25% Restocking fee.  Any item returned will be credited to the purchaser for the value of the purchased item only.  No shipping charges will be credited.  In some instances a Approved Return Material Authorization (RMA) number may be required before returning product.  Returns must be transported the same way they were shipped to the purchaser.   Please call a Representative of Valley of the Sun Heating and Cooling Supply for specific information and/or instructions.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Customer information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without the consent of the customer, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested by the customer. 


PRIVATE INFORMATION SECURITY

 For your safety and protection, your credit card information is not stored on our servers.  Our payment gateway provider, Authorize.Net, keeps this information encrypted and secure on your behalf. 

EMAIL USAGE

The email address you provide for order processing, will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order.

PRICE MATCH POLICY

Valley of the Sun Heating & Cooling Supply Inc strives to provide the best possible pricing.  If you find a lower price on an identical item from another authorized dealer please contact a customer service representative.  We will do everything possible to meet or possibly beat that price.  Please have competitor information on hand in writing as you will need to submit that information to us.  This policy does not apply to orders already in process and / or orders that have shipped.  No credit will be issued against prior orders.  

Valley of the Sun Heating & Cooling Supply Inc will not match quotes that are manufacturer direct.  We will also not match closeout, damaged, returned, open box, floor model or display merchandise.  We will not match inside delivery or special needs freight charges.  We will not at any time match prices from web based auction sites.
